Rottweiler

The Rottweiler is a robust German working breed developed in the town of Rottweil from mastiff-type drover dogs used to move cattle across Europe. Later refined as a butcher’s dog to drive livestock and guard its master’s money on the way to market, it is prized for its strength, endurance, intelligence, and steady protective temperament.
